ค่าเดินทางTravel fees

แคสเปอร์อยู่กรุงเทพฯ และรับงานทั่วประเทศไทย โดยเดินทางพร้อมผู้ช่วยหนึ่งคน ค่าเดินทางคิดตามโซนของสถานที่จัดงาน ครอบคลุมค่าผู้ช่วย ค่าน้ำมัน ค่าทางด่วน และอาหารของทั้งสองคน และแจ้งเป็นตัวเลขชัดเจนในใบเสนอราคาCasper is based in Bangkok and travels anywhere in Thailand with one assistant. Travel is charged by the zone your venue is in, covers the assistant, fuel, tolls and meals for both, and is shown as a fixed amount on your quote.

ที่พักAccommodation

• งานค้างคืน งานที่ต้องบิน และงานบนเกาะ ขอให้เจ้าภาพหรือรีสอร์ตจัดห้องพักสำหรับแคทและผู้ช่วย (ห้องเตียงคู่ 1 ห้อง) 1 คืน หรือ 2 คืนถ้างานเริ่มเช้า หากไม่สะดวก จะคิดค่าห้องพักเพิ่มในใบเสนอราคาFor overnight, fly-in and island weddings, please provide a room for Casper and her assistant (one twin room) for one night, or two if the event starts in the morning, through the host or resort. Otherwise accommodation is added to your quote.
• งานไป-กลับวันเดียว ถ้างานเลิกหลัง 22:00 น. ขอห้องพัก 1 คืนตามเงื่อนไขเดียวกันFor same-day trips, if the event ends after 10 pm, we ask for a room on the same basis.
• ถ้าต้องใช้รถเช่าพร้อมคนขับแทนรถของแคท คิดตามจริงIf a hired car with driver is needed instead of Casper's own car, it is charged at cost.

ค่าจัดส่งภาพวาดShipping the painting

• กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล: จัดส่งฟรี หรือนัดรับเองBangkok and surroundings: free delivery, or collect in person.
• ต่างจังหวัด: ส่งพัสดุพร้อมแพ็กกันกระแทก คิดตามขนาดภาพElsewhere in Thailand: protected courier, priced by canvas size.
• ต่างประเทศ: คิดตามค่าขนส่งจริง แจ้งราคาก่อนส่งทุกครั้งOverseas: at actual shipping cost, quoted before sending.

การจองและการชำระเงินBooking and payment

1. มัดจำ 50% ของราคาแพ็กเกจ เพื่อยืนยันการจองวัน ไม่คืนเงิน วันจะถูกล็อกเมื่อได้รับมัดจำแล้วเท่านั้นA 50% deposit of the package price secures your date. It is non-refundable, and the date is held only once it is received.
2. ยอดที่เหลือ ชำระภายใน 7 วันก่อนวันงาน รวมค่าเดินทางและที่พัก (ถ้ามี)The balance, including any travel and accommodation, is due seven days before the event.
3. ช่องทางชำระเงิน: PromptPay หรือโอนเข้าบัญชีชื่อ นรินนา ศรีวรรณา เท่านั้น แคทจะส่งรายละเอียดบัญชีให้ทางแชทเอง หากมีใครขอให้โอนเข้าบัญชีชื่ออื่น อย่าโอน และแจ้งแคททันทีPayment by PromptPay or bank transfer only to an account in the name Narinna Sriwanna. Casper sends the details in chat herself. If anyone asks you to pay a different name, don't, and tell us.
4. ลูกค้าต่างชาติ: ใบเสนอราคาเป็นเงินบาท แสดงยอดเทียบเป็นดอลลาร์สหรัฐได้ ค่าธรรมเนียมโอนเงินระหว่างประเทศเป็นของผู้โอนInternational clients: quotes are in Thai baht, with a US dollar figure on request. International transfer fees are paid by the sender.
5. งานแบรนด์และบริษัท: ใบเสนอราคามีอายุ 30 วัน ออกใบเสร็จได้ และหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายได้ตามกฎหมายBrand and corporate events: quotations are valid for 30 days. Receipts are provided, and withholding tax applies as required by Thai law.

การเลื่อนวันและการยกเลิกRescheduling and cancellation

เลื่อนวันChanging your date

• เลื่อนวันได้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง หากแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน และวันใหม่อยู่ภายใน 12 เดือนจากวันเดิม ขึ้นอยู่กับคิวว่าง มัดจำจะโอนไปใช้กับวันใหม่One free date change with at least 30 days' notice, to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. Your deposit moves to the new date.
• หากเลื่อนน้อยกว่า 30 วันก่อนงาน หรือวันใหม่ไม่ว่าง จะถือเป็นการยกเลิกA change with less than 30 days' notice, or to a date that isn't available, counts as a cancellation.

ลูกค้ายกเลิกIf you cancel

• มัดจำไม่สามารถคืนได้ เพราะแคทรับงานวาดสดวันละ 1 งาน และปฏิเสธลูกค้ารายอื่นในวันนั้นแล้วThe deposit is non-refundable, because Casper takes one live wedding per day and turns other couples away for your date.
• ยกเลิกภายใน 14 วันก่อนงาน ต้องชำระเต็มจำนวนCancellations within 14 days of the event are charged in full.
• ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินหรือที่พักที่จองไปแล้วและคืนเงินไม่ได้ คิดตามจริงFlights or accommodation already booked and non-refundable are charged at cost.

หากแคทไม่สามารถมาได้If Casper can't attend

ในกรณีเจ็บป่วยหรือเหตุฉุกเฉิน แคทจะแจ้งทันที และคืนเงินที่ชำระมาแล้วทั้งหมด หรือจัดศิลปินที่ไว้ใจได้มาแทนเมื่อคุณยินยอมเท่านั้นIn case of illness or emergency, Casper will tell you right away and refund everything you've paid, or, only with your agreement, send a trusted artist in her place.

เหตุสุดวิสัยและสภาพอากาศWeather and events beyond our control

หากงานต้องเลื่อนเพราะภัยธรรมชาติ ประกาศของรัฐ หรือสถานที่ปิด เราจะเลื่อนวันให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายภายใน 12 เดือน งานกลางแจ้งต้องมีพื้นที่ในร่มหรือมีหลังคาสำหรับศิลปิน เพราะฝนและลมแรงทำให้วาดต่อไม่ได้If the event is postponed because of natural disaster, government order or venue closure, we move your booking free of charge to a date within 12 months. Outdoor events need a covered spot for the painter, as rain and strong wind stop the painting.

วันงานOn the day

• พื้นที่: ประมาณ 2 × 2 เมตร ใกล้จุดไฮไลต์ พร้อมโต๊ะเล็ก ปลั๊กไฟ และแสงที่เพียงพอSpace: about 2 × 2 m near the action, with a small table, a power outlet and good light.
• เวลา: แคทมาถึงก่อนเวลาเริ่มวาด 1 ชั่วโมงเพื่อจัดพื้นที่ เวลาวาดเริ่มนับตามที่ตกลงไว้Timing: Casper arrives an hour before painting starts to set up. Painting time starts at the agreed time.
• ทำงานเกินเวลา: หากต้องการให้วาดต่อเกินเวลาในแพ็กเกจ คิดเพิ่มเป็นรายชั่วโมงตามอัตราในใบเสนอราคาOvertime: painting beyond your package hours is charged per extra hour, at the rate on your quote.
• อาหารและที่จอดรถ: สำหรับงานที่ยาวเกิน 4 ชั่วโมง ขออาหาร 1 มื้อและที่จอดรถหรือที่ขนอุปกรณ์Meals and parking: for events over four hours, a meal and parking or a loading spot, please.

ผลงานและการส่งมอบArtwork and delivery

• สไตล์: ภาพวาดในสไตล์ Romantic Impressionism ไม่ใช่ภาพเหมือนแบบภาพถ่าย แคทเก็บเค้าหน้า ชุด และบรรยากาศของงาน ภาพอ้างอิงที่ส่งมาก่อนงานช่วยได้มากStyle: paintings are in Casper's romantic impressionist style, not photo-realistic. She captures your likeness, outfits and the feeling of the night. Reference photos sent before the event help a lot.
• เก็บรายละเอียด: หลังงาน แคทเก็บรายละเอียดเล็กน้อยและเคลือบเงาที่สตูดิโอ หากต้องการปรับรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ แจ้งได้ 1 ครั้งภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับภาพ ไม่รวมการวาดใหม่หรือเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบFinishing: after the event, Casper adds final details and varnish in her studio. You may request one round of small adjustments within seven days of receiving the painting; this doesn't include repainting or changing the composition.

Commissions from photos and invitation paintings take two to three weeks; a rush service is available at extra cost.

ลิขสิทธิ์ การใช้ภาพ และความเป็นส่วนตัวCopyright, content and privacy

• คุณเป็นเจ้าของภาพวาดตัวจริง ส่วนลิขสิทธิ์ของผลงานเป็นของศิลปินYou own the physical painting. Copyright in the artwork stays with the artist.
• แคทอาจถ่ายภาพและคลิประหว่างวาด และโพสต์ลงโซเชียลและพอร์ตโฟลิโอ พร้อมแท็กคู่บ่าวสาว สถานที่ และทีมงาน หากไม่ต้องการ แจ้งก่อนวันงานได้เลยCasper may photograph and film the painting and share it on social media and in her portfolio, tagging the couple, venue and team. If you'd prefer not, just tell us before the event.
• คุณแชร์ภาพผลงานได้ตามสบาย ขอให้เครดิต @caspergallery_thYou're welcome to share photos of the painting. Please credit @caspergallery_th.
• ภาพเหมือนแขก: แคทจะไม่โพสต์ใบหน้าแขกคนใดที่ขอไม่ให้โพสต์Guest portraits: Casper won't post any guest who asks not to be shown.
